Our Refund Policy
Please be aware that all sales are FINAL! We do not issue refunds for any of our products at the moment. All pre-ordered products are included. However, we do accept exchanges for products that are in stock with exceptions & we do offer store credit that can be added to a future purchase. (Please view "Exceptions'' below for more details.) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order(s) upon receiving them and contact us immediately if your item(s) are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
If contact with our team is not made within 7 days of receiving your order(s), products are no longer eligible for exchange.
Exceptions / Unexchangeable Items
Any product that has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged in any way are NOT eligible for exchange!
Be sure to reach out to our team for further instructions on exchanges.
Do NOT attempt to return any products without first receiving confirmation from our team.
Exchanges
Once we’ve received and inspected each product, a member from our team will reach out to you confirming the exchange. If you choose to exchange an item for another product of equal value you will be responsible for covering the cost to reship exchange's unless the replacement order qualifies for free shipping. Any items exchanged due to an error on our behalf, we will cover shipping cost. If you decide to choose store credit, a virtual gift card with the amount of your purchase will be sent via email.
